About Fourfive

fourfivecbd is the fruit of years of labour inspired by the founders' (George Kruis and Dominic Day) long rugby careers, in which they experienced the beauty of the life of an athlete to the fullest. Together, they experienced the ups and downs of leading a healthy and active lifestyle, emerging with a need to share what they learned about the world of athleticism – and to change it for the better.

George Kruis, Co-founder

George has 12 years of experience as a professional rugby player. His love for rugby and his exceptional skills have led him to not only gain three European titles and four Premiership trophies for English Premiership club Saracens; but also achieve over 45 caps for England during 2 world cups and a British and Irish Lions tour.        

Dominic Day, Co-founder

Dom Day has been a professional rugby player for 14 years. He played in the 2015 Rugby World Cup, and has 250+ top flight games to his name. His long rugby career has taken him around the globe to places including England, Australia and Japan, and finished his career as a proud member of the English Premiership club Saracens. Dom is now retired from professional rugby and is enjoying running fourfivecbd full-time.

George and Dom's Story

Together, they have 25 years of rugby experience, and an inside perspective of what it’s like to lead a life of rigorous physical training. They have gained a true respect for their bodies and their limits, after experiencing dozens of injuries and enduring lengthy recoveries.

Injuries have led them under the surgeon’s knife 12 times collectively. It is through their surgeries that they were inspired. They searched for a more natural and sustainable way to manage their symptoms to attain those marginal gains to achieve success on the field.

It was thanks to their explorations that they found CBD. While managing the symptoms caused by a long and bruising career, Dom was looking to try a natural supplement and he opted to take CBD to help support his active lifestyle.

His experience led them to share this CBD story with fellow athletes, and inspired them to share it with people beyond their social circle through creating a CBD brand made for athletes, by athletes, as well as anyone living an active lifestyle, who is seeking a natural supplement. So that’s what they did.

Since 2018, they have worked closely with the finest CBD suppliers, and have designed products made specially to support active people seeking what they once sought – a natural alternative. But it doesn’t stop there…
